Welcome to QualityReady. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they govern your use of the QualityReady SaaS platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using QualityReady, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these conditions.
1. Description of Service
QualityReady provides an integrated manufacturing execution and quality management system (QMS) designed to streamline operations, including:
- Facility & Resource Management : Tools to manage facility data, equipment tracking, and area definitions.
- Quality & Compliance : Digital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), automated checklists, and verification dashboards to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Supply Chain & Inventory : Management of suppliers, item registers, purchase orders, and real-time inventory tracking.
- Manufacturing Execution : Bill of Materials (BOM) management and Manufacturing Order (MO) processing.
- Reporting & Analytics : Automated report generation for audits, productivity, and traceability.
2. User Accounts and Access
- Account Responsibility : You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
- Access Levels : Access is provided based on assigned roles (e.g., Admin, Supervisor, Operator). Users must ensure that permissions are aligned with their current professional responsibilities.
- Mobile Usage : The QualityReady mobile app is intended for on-site task execution and data logging. Use of the mobile app requires a valid QualityReady account and a compatible device.
3. Data Integrity and Compliance
- Accuracy of Information : Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered into the Service.
- Sandbox Environment : QualityReady may provide a "Sandbox Mode" for testing and training. Data entered in Sandbox Mode is for testing purposes only and does not impact the live production database.
- Regulatory Compliance : While QualityReady provides tools to assist with compliance, the user remains solely responsible for ensuring their manufacturing processes meet all local, state, and federal legal requirements.
4. Subscription and Billing
- Billing : Subscription fees are based on the plan selected. Invoices can be viewed and managed within the billing section of the Web Application.
- Cancellation : Users may cancel their subscription according to the specific terms of their service agreement.
5. Proper Use and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to bypass system security, including unauthorized access to other facility accounts.
- Reverse engineer or decompile any aspect of the QualityReady software.
- Upload files exceeding the specified size limits (e.g., 50 MB) or prohibited file types.
6. Support and Feedback
- Technical Support : Support is available via email at [email protected] or through the in-app "Talk to Us" feature during designated business hours.
- User Feedback : By submitting feedback, you grant QualityReady the right to use such feedback to improve the Service without obligation to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
QualityReady is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. QualityReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
8. Amendments to Terms
QualityReady reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
